	What is the meaning of STDRM ?
	STDRM stands for "Surat Tanda Daftar Rekanan Mampu" is a certificate issued by TOTAL E&P INDONESIE to the vendors / suppliers / contractors who have passed the evaluation for qualification and administration, and registered as capable vendors / suppliers / contractors in TOTAL E&P INDONESIE.

	What is the advantage of STDRM ?
	STDRM is used to replace most of qualification and administration requirements for participating any tender in TOTAL E&P INDONESIE in order to ease and simplify the documents which to be submitted during the process of tender.

	What is the meaning of SKTPM ?
	SKTPM stands for "Surat Keterangan Terdaftar Penyedia Barang dan Jasa Mampu" is a certificate issued by TOTAL E&P INDONESIE as replacement of STDRM following the issuance of Supply Chain Gudelines "Pedoman Tata Kerja No.007/PTK/VI/2004 tentang Pengelolaan Rantai Suplai Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama" issued by BPMIGAS, where there is change of Qualification and Classification of vendors / suppliers / contractors.

	How to obtain SKTPM ?
	By folllowing the guidelines in how to proceed the certification in TOTAL E&P INDONESIE for which the brochure can be collected at the Bid Committee counter, BRI Building 3rd floor, Jl.Jendr.Sudirman no.37, Balikpapan. The brochure can also be downloaded from "Downloads" section of this website.

	How long the validity of SKTPM ?
	SKTPM is valid forever except if there is change of vendors / suppliers / contractors data or there is BLACK sanction given by the COMPANY to vendors / suppliers / contractors or there is change of regulation or law issue by the Government.

	Can the validity of SKTPM be freezed temporarily ?
	The validity of SKTPM can be freezed temporarily if there is (are) document(s) which was (were) submitted during obtaining SKTPM has (have) been expired or there is a RED sanction given by COMPANY to vendors / suppliers / contractors.

	Can the vendors/ suppliers / contractors request to update the SKTPM ?
	Vendors / suppliers / contractors shall ask the updating of SKTPM in case of : - Change of company Board of Directors. - Issuance of Audit Report for the company Balance Sheet and Income Statement of the latest year. - Issuance of proof of tax payment of the latest year (SPT/PPh). - Issuance of the new certificate as replacement of the old one (Certificate from GAPENSI, Certificate of Agency / distributor, etc.). - Change of company classification. - Issuance of new regulation by Indonesian Government (SIUP, SIUJK, etc.).

	Can the vendors/ suppliers / contractors who do not have STDRM or SKTPM participate a tender in TOTAL E&P INDONESIE ?
	Yes, as long as these vendors / suppliers / contractors fulfil and submit all the Qualification requirements as mentioned in one of the Annex in the Instructions To Tenderers (ITT).

	What is the meaning of "Qualification" of the vendors/ suppliers / contractors ?
	Qualification means the level of finacial capability, personnel and equipment of the vendors / suppliers / contractors for each job / service category.

	What is the meaning of Pre Qualification ?
	It is the process for evaluation of the competencies and capabiities of vendors / suppliers / contractors and fulfilment of certain other requirements before submitting the bid.

	What is the meaning of Post Qualification ?
	It is the process for evaluation of the competencies and capabiities of vendors / suppliers / contractors and fulfilment of certain other requirements after evaluation of the commercial offer.

	How the Post Qualification is conducted ?
	Qualificqtion evaluation will be done first to the first lowest bidder, second and third. If no one of these Tenderers can fulfil the Qualification requirements, then the Prequalification process will be continued to the other Tenderers who submitted the lowest offer (from the next lowest rank and so on).

	What is the meaning of Basic Capability (Kemampuan Dasar = KD) ?
	It is the capability of Non Small Company in the related sub-category / related job, and it is calculated as follows : - KD for Contracting Services (Projects) = 2 NPt. - KD for Consultation Services = 3 NPt. - KD for Procurement of Goods and Other / General Services = 5 NPt. Where NPt = The highest package based on experience in doing the related job / services within the last 7 (seven) years. Package means Contract, Purchase Order or Service Order.
	What is the meaning of Remaining Financial Capability (Sisa Kemampuan Keuangan = SKK) ?
	SKK is the specific requirement for Contracting Services / Project, where the vendors / suppliers / contractors shall have enough Remaining Financial Capability (SKK) in order to be able to participate a tender. The Remaining Financial Capability (SKK) is calculated as follows : a) Calculation of Financial Capability (Kemampuan Keuangan = KK) : - For Small Company = 1.5 KB - For Non Small Company = 4.2 KB - For Foreign Company = 6.4 KB where KB = Kekayaan Bersih = Net Equity. b) Calculation of Remaining Financial Capability (SKK) : SKK = KK - ∑ value of on going projects.

	What is the meaning of Remaining Package Capability (Sisa Kemampuan Paket = SKP) ?
	SKP is the specific requirement for Contracting Services / Project, where the vendors / suppliers / contractors shall have enough Remaining Package Capability (SKP) in order to be able to participate a tender. The Remaining Package Capability (SKP) is calculated as follows : a) Calculation of Package Capability (Kemampuan Paket = KP) is the capability to handle the project at the same time for the related job / scope of work : - For Small Company = 3 - For Non Small Company = 8 atau 1.2 N - For Foreign Company = 1.2 N where N = Number of maximum project which can be handled at the same time within the last 7 (seven) years. b) Calculation of Remaining Package Capability (Sisa Kemampuan Paket = SKP) is as follows: SKP = KP - Number of ongoing projects.
